The Top Sirloin Steak rounds out our premium steak lineup with a cut that delivers great beef flavor and a balanced level of tenderness. Cut from the sirloin primal just behind the short loin, top sirloin offers a firmer texture than ribeye or tenderloin, but remains tender, juicy, and deeply satisfying when cooked properly. Each package weighs about 1.5 lb. total and includes two steaks. Our cattle are island raised on Oahu, and while we are not grass-fed certified, they are raised on a grass-based diet and finished accordingly.
