A leaner, steakhouse-style classic with big beef flavor

Our New York Steak (also known as the strip steak) is cut from the short loin/strip loin, a premium section that produces some of the most sought-after steaks. It’s known for its rich, beef-forward flavor and a firmer, satisfying bite—with less marbling than a ribeye but still plenty of juiciness when cooked right. Each package weighs about 1.5 lb. total and includes two steaks. Our cattle are island raised on Oahu, and while we are not grass-fed certified, our animals are raised on a grass-based diet and finished accordingly.
