The Chuck Roast comes from the shoulder, a hardworking section that delivers bold beef flavor and excellent marbling. When cooked properly, this cut transforms into a tender, pull-apart roast with a rich, comforting texture that’s perfect for home-style meals. Each roast weighs about 3 lb. and is sold as a single, à la carte cut. Our cattle are island raised on Oahu, and while we are not grass-fed certified, they are raised on a grass-based diet and finished accordingly.
