Our Beef Brisket is cut from the lower chest of the animal, a hardworking muscle known for delivering deep, beef-forward flavor when cooked low and slow. We sell the brisket halved for practicality, making it easier to cook at home while still preserving everything that makes this cut special. Each package weighs between 5–7 lb., depending on the individual animal. Our cattle are island raised on Oahu, and while we are not grass-fed certified, they are raised on a grass-based diet and finished accordingly.
